LETTING GO

To let go doesn't mean to stop caring, It means I can't do it for someone else.

To let go is not to cut myself off, it's the realization that I can't control another.

To let go is not to enable, but to allow learning from natural consequences. God can use those as I trust him!

To let go is to admit powerlessness, which means the outcome is not in my hands -- it's in God's.

To let go is not to try to change or blame another, I can only change myself.

To let go is not to care for, but to care about.

To let go is not to fix, but to be supportive.

To let go is not to judge, but to allow another to be a human being. Learning from our own mistakes is often God's way of working to grow us.

To let go is not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes, but to allow others to effect their own outcomes.

To let go is not to be protective, it is to permit another to face reality.

To let go is not to deny, but to accept.

To let go is not to nag, scold or argue, but to search out my own shortcomings and to correct them.

To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires, but to take each day as it comes and to cherish the moment.

To let go is not to criticize and regulate anyone but to try to become what I dream I can be -- and to ask the Lord what he desires for me.

To let go is not to regret the past, but to grow and live for the future.

To let go is to fear less and love more.

These are Instructions on how to let go...Perhaps it is letting go of a rebellious child, or a burden of sorrow, losing a loved one or learning to live with a heartache we are struggling to let go of. Read this over...Study it...Pray over it ... and you will find that letting go of your load will release a peace within you which will allow your spirit to soar...to be free...to completely give it to God...and let a work be done within you where the need is anyway.

Decisions! Decisions!

I HATE having my picture taken, but I need to do a press release
this week announcing my graduation from Texas Institute of Jewelry Technology.

I know it will be good for the business for me to do this, plus I have many
wonderful customers who have gone through this whole time of schooling with me
awaiting my graduation. It will be a easy way for them to know I have completed
what I set out to do.

So, do you have a preference as to which pic I should use??
